Introduction to Expat Life

On 1 January 2009, my beloved wife and I left our home country of Australia and moved to the state of New Jersey in the United States of America for a few years.
Life since becoming an expatriate has had both frustrating times and truly exciting times. I’ve decided to outline some of my observations in a series of weekly posts, beginning next Thursday. Stay tuned!
